Party Gaming, one of the biggest Britain online poker companies, recruits new chief executive on the board. Mitch Garber will replace Richard Segal since he no longer wants to live in Gibraltar full time. Garber, who is Canadian, will have to relocate to Gibraltar with his family. Party Gaming will pay for all transfer costs.
Mitch Garber is a respected executive in the online gaming industry. A number of rival firms courted Garber, but Party Gaming offered him an advantageous proposal: an annual basic salary of £585,000 and a lucrative share-options package. Garber also has a legal background, which will regulate important issues surrounding the company.
A speaker for Party Gaming declined to comment on Mitch Garber since the appointment of a new chief executive is a matter for the entire board. An announcement regarding the results of recruitment process will be made in appropriate time.
