New Luxury Item

New drinking phenomenon spreads around the world

Recently, new phenomenon of very expensive drinks conquers the world. The prices of several items vary between 3000 dollars and 10000 dollars, but that is hardly the limit. For example, a 3000 dollars Sapphire martini served in the bars of Mashantucket, Connecticut. Traditional martini glass contains Blue Curacao, Bombay Sapphire Gin, a splash of dry vermouth and blue sugar on the rim. What makes this cocktail so expensive you might ask? The answer is simple - the accompanying pair of blue sapphire and diamond earrings, set in a sterling silver picks makes the cocktail sweet. Another bright illustration of luxury cocktail is a 10000 dollars diamond martini, accompanied by a diamond from the hotel jeweler, presented to you by The Algonquin Hotel's Blue Bar in New York. The four-digit cocktails offering pure corruption in a glass underline the world's new trend.

Casinos join bars and restaurants around the world by offering exciting versions of "corruption in a glass". The rising popularity of premium cocktails can be addressed to a greater number of educated drinkers of all ages and a wider variety of spirits and liqueurs. These super-expensive drinks are symbolic of status and gender since people prefer quality over quantity. However, cocktails are not the only drinks with hot price. For instance, The Prime Steakhouse at Bellagio hotel-casino on the Las Vegas strip suggest 50-year-old aged Chivas Royal Scotch, that costs 1050 dollars for an ounce of the extremely rare blended whisky. It seems that there is nothing foolish about buying such expensive drinks. Eventually, people are entitled to spend their money any way they want.
