Tangeman University Center hosted a late night Texas Holdem game in the Catskeller Game Room and Sports Lounge sponsored by MainStreet Activities.
The winner of the tournament is Anthony Brinkdopke, a fifth-year organizational leadership major who went home with a Nexx-tech Home Theater system. The second runner is Mark Sillies, a second-year architect major, won a Sony DVD player.
Though the participation in the event was free, only 30 students played. Each of them played with game chips worth of 100 dollars. MainStreet purpose in sponsoring the late night poker tournament was to offer students a different activity.
